Styled on classic Edwardian seaside villas, these deluxe three-bedroomed, two-bathroom properties will offer guests their own private space while being able to benefit from all the hotel's facilities[1] - this summer guests can take advantage of two hours free childcare per day in the Ofsted-registered creche, the indoor and outdoor swimming pools (outdoor pool open May to September), tennis court, spa treatment rooms and leisure club, play areas, two restaurants serving delicious, locally sourced food and direct beach access.
Part of the Luxury Family Hotels collection, the beautiful villas blend a mixture of elements and colours, textures and patterns, culminating in a warm and distinct feel. Luxury Family Hotels know what it takes to make a great holiday for kids and adults alike and the specially designed villas are ideal for families of all ages and a dream come true for beach lovers and those wanting to explore the best of West Cornwall.
Each villa has been designed to a high spec with natural oak flooring throughout, a Porcelanosa kitchen, Krion worktops and Neff appliances[2]. The furniture and lighting are an eclectic mix, from strong Welsh patterns to cosy Designers Guild flower patterns, all designed to enrich the guests experience as a place to call home.
There is underfloor heating throughout and the original artwork reflects the external surroundings. Work by Judy Willoughby depicts her reflections of Cornwall and Anna Marrow's seaside imagery with colourful crafted screen prints adorn the walls. Bird sculptures by Henrique Silva will inhabit the lounge's high ceilings, bringing the surrounding nature inside.
The spacious villas are designed with the bedrooms on the lower floors with the open-plan lounge/diner on the first floor complete with floor-to-ceiling windows leading to a furnished balcony.
Each villa offers Wi-Fi throughout, plus a landline and a flat-screen TV in the lounge and all bedrooms. Guests can also pre-book all baby equipment they need including cots and high chairs, ready for their arrival meaning there's a lot less to pack! Outside, each villa has two designated parking spaces and there is a communal garden and barbecue area – pets are welcome too – so all the family are welcome.
Nearby, a wide range of sporting activities can be arranged from kayaking, coasteering and horse riding to surfing and golf. For days out there are rich pickings - discover the world renowned National Trust beach at Kynance Cove and surrounding pretty fishing villages such as Cadgwith (featured in Monty Hall's Fisherman's Apprentice) or visit the unique sub-tropical Cornish gardens at Trebah in Falmouth or the Bonython Estate near Helston. Or further afield there are St Michaels Mount, St Ives, Lands' End and the Minack Theatre to visit.
Prices from £510 self-catering for a three-night break.[3]
