At £39 per person this stylish new menu consists of…

- Your choice of Hendrick’s gin cocktail teapot (min 2 people) – choose from: Marvellous Marteani (Hendrick’s gin, elderflower, white cranberry juice with cucumber caviar pearls) or Curious Cuppa (Earl Grey infused Hendrick’s gin, rosewater, crème violet with a side of champagne).

- Warm freshly baked scones (with clotted cream and homemade jam): cranberry and roast nut; mature cheddar and lightly salted.

- Savoury pastries: lobster quiche and tomato tart

- A selection of closed and open sandwiches: cucumber, mint and crème fraiche; duck liver mousse; and dressed crab and avocado.

- A selection of sweet pastries: juniper and violet macaroons; cucumber and mint syllabub; Tom Collins tart; and sour cherry choux bun.

- A selection of Jing teas
