(Macao, July 3, 2017) – The Parisian Macao's outstanding French Brasserie restaurant is offering a delicious new promotional dinner menu priced at MOP 480* from now until
Aug. 31 to celebrate the best of France's classic South-West cuisine and wine.
The food of the South-West is some of the country's richest and most famous, remaining fundamentally unchanged for hundreds of years. A native of the region, Brasserie French Executive Chef Daniel Brolese has crafted a menu of authentic local ingredients and dishes including timeless favourites such as foie gras terrine and confit de canard, truffles, Armagnac, slow-cooked cassoulet and Arcachon oysters.
A similar climate and grape varieties means the region's wines are regarded as on a par with those of Bordeaux, and the promotion also features a stunning selection of whites, reds and a dessert wine from South-West France producers, available by the glass or bottle.
Reservations can now be made by calling Brasserie on +853 8111 9200 or
emailing: brasserie.reservation@sands.com.mo. Sands Lifestyle cardholders can enjoy up to 20% discount depending on card categories. For the most updated information about
