Hilton Sydney's Zeta Bar launched the Belvedere Ice-Pop Bar what promises to be the destination to cool down and enjoy this summer. Nestled amongst Sydney's world-renowned skyline, the popular rooftop bar has transformed into a summer oasis featuring the city's first frozen Belvedere Vodka cocktail popsicles.
“Zeta Bar is the first bar to kick off the new cocktail popsicle trend this summer. Our iconic rooftop setting together with the extremely tasty Belvedere ice-blocks will put Zeta Bar on top of every cocktail lover's list who wants to enjoy hot summer nights in the heart of the city. We have matched our delicious cocktails with a fresh seafood menu curated by Hilton Sydney's executive chef,” says Roman Kristek, Venue Manager Zeta Bar.
Featuring premium Belvedere Vodka, the refreshing popsicles are an inventive and modern twist on classic cocktails. The icy treats come in three mouth-watering flavours, a citrusy Sgroppino, an orange and raspberry Americana and an Espresso Lollypop. In addition to the popsicles three summer inspired cocktails, the Bellini Collins, Belvedere Mule, and Summer Apertivo will prove the tastiest way to stay cool in the city. Foodies will take delight in Tempura Barramundi fillets with Asian slaw, Peruvian seafood ceviche, Seafood tacos and Sydney rock oysters.
