17 February 2022 – Ahead of the hotly anticipated official launch of Casamigos in Australia next week, Zephyr can reveal for five weeks, the popular Darling Harbour rooftop bar will be transformed into a tequila lovers oasis in collaboration with Casamigos; tequila co-founded by longtime friends, George Clooney, Rande Gerber and Mike Meldman.

A limited edition food and cocktail menu will be available for guests to 'Salud' the last remaining summer sunsets while reveling in sweeping views of the harbour. A Zephyr x Casamigos archway reveals the perfect spot to snap a selfie while sipping on Casamigos at the popular rooftop bar.

Three Zephyr x Casamigos cocktails curated in collaboration with Zephyr and Diageo Brand Ambassador, Kate McGraw will be added to the menu – including a Tequila Colada Slushie curated with Casamigos Blanco and Maraschino Liqueur and Supersonic Jalisco, masterfully designed with Casamigos Anejo and Sonic Cherry Belsazar. Each curated cocktail features the smooth taste of Casamigos, which is created using the finest 100% Blue Weber agaves, grown in the rich red clay soil and cool climate of the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico.

A delight for tequila connoisseurs, Zephyr and Casamigos invite guests to an Exclusive Tequila Tasting Event on Thursday 24 February at 6pm. Hosted by Diageo Brand Ambassador, Kate McGraw, for $79pp, guests will raise a glass with Casamigos tequila flights, limited edition Zephyr x Casamigos cocktails and Mexican bites.
