“Mr. Zahran is a master in the art of hospitality, and has proven to be a qualified hands-on manager. His leadership will further enhance The Kitano's creative capabilities and distinct guest service,” says Kitano New York owner, Ms. Yoshiko Koike. “I am confident that his extensive knowledge of successful marketing strategies will lead to programs and campaigns that will achieve positive growth for the Kitano.”
