KUALA LUMPUR, October 8, 2010 - YTL Hotels' luxury properties garnered awards and recognition as the country's best in Expatriate Lifestyle magazine's Best of Malaysia Travel Awards 2010. The Awards' results were announced in the October 2010 issue.

Pangkor Laut Resort received the Best Service, Best Beach Resort and Best Spa Resort awards. Best Non-Beach award went to Cameron Highlands Resort and the Best Boutique Hotel was awarded to The Majestic Malacca. Tanjong Jara Resort was recognised in the Best Beach Resort and Best Spa Resort categories and The Majestic Malacca in the Best City Hotel category.

Voting in their thousands, the expatriate community from across Malaysia logged on and cast their votes on various categories including three new ones. The vote count this year was more than double that of 2009.
