From 10:00am – 1:00pm each Sunday, enjoy a 3-course menu at HK$480 including a choice of appetiser, main course and dessert, as you sit back and gaze over Victoria Harbour. This is the non-buffet lovers Sunday Brunch for those who just want to chill out and feel inspired by the beauty of Victoria Harbour and the majesty of the Hong Kong Island skyline.

Start the brunch with a selection of fresh juices (orange, grapefruit, mango, watermelon, apple and carrot) and choice of milkshake (chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, banana and mango) along with a basket of homemade Viennoiserie and breads, served with French butter, jam, honey and marmalade and your choice of Mariage Frères Tea or Coffee.

• Charcuterie, Smoked Salmon and Fine Cheese
• Daily Soup

Main Courses (select one):

• Eggs Benedict & Serrano Ham

• Balik Style Salmon Toast, with Capers and Salmon Roe
• Roasted Beef Tenderloin with Applewood Bacon, Portobello Mushroom and Garden Vegetables

Dessert (select one):

• Red Berry Pavlova, Fine Meringue and Whipped Cream
• Chocolate Composition, Crumble and Caramel Mousse
