Singapore -Spice Market, a renowned South East Asian sensation created by Michelin-starred chef, Jean-Georges Vongerichten in 2004, and executed in London's Spice Market outpost by Celebrity masterchef, Peter Lloyd, will descend at SKIRT from 10-12 April 2015.  Set to bring a twist to the western flavour and fine dining to the next level. Spice Market London's Executive Chef Peter Lloyd will take over the kitchen to present ”five courses of ten flavours” for three nights only.

Well recognised for his expertise in Southeast Asian cuisine, Peter was presented with the opportunity to showcase his finest on board Sir Anthony & Lady Bamford's luxury yacht as a private chef. He was also invited to present the essence of Southeast Asia to Her Majesty the Queen and members of the Royal family, alongside the King and Queen of Malaysia. His gourmet offerings have tantalised the palates of numerous celebrities, including guests and patrons of prestigious events, such as: the Monaco Grand Prix, Cannes and Venice Film Festivals. Peter has also appeared on numerous top hits TV shows including Celebrity Masterchef, Saturday Kitchen and the BBC's Junior Bake Off.

From the humble and colourful streets of Little India to the energetic bustle of China Town, Singapore's like the epicentre of Southeast Asian cuisine.
