World Famous Chef Nobu Matsuhisa Returns to His Hong Kong Restaurant for Two Special Hiei Yuba and Sake Pairing Dinners (March 12th & 13th)

On March 12th and 13th celebrated chef Nobu Matsuhisa returns to NOBU InterContinental Hong Kong for a special 8-course   Omakase Menu, showcasing Hiei Yuba (tofu skin) prepared in various forms and infused with Nobu-san’s innovative new style Japanese cooking.  The Hiei Yuba Omakase Menu is HK$1,488+10% service per person, with an additional HK$300+10% service per person for the Hokusetsu sake pairing, which includes the newly released YK35 Nama Sake, one of the seasonally brewed flagship sakes from the Hokusetsu brand.

 

On March 12th and 13th evenings, join world famous chef Nobu, Sake Master Fumio Hazu, owner of Hokusetsu Sake and the representative director from Hiei Yuba, Mrs. Sachiko Yagi at NOBU InterContinental Hong Kong for this special Hiei Yuba Omakase Menu featuring a selection of creative dishes by Nobu-san, Executive Chef Oyvind Naesheim and Executive Sushi Chef Hideki Endo.

 

NOBU patrons will excite their palettes with unique flavours and ingredients incorporating top quality Hiei Yuba infused in dishes such as Aburi Anago, Kumange Toro-Yuba with Truffle Foie Gras Soy and Lobster, White Asparagus, Toro-Yuba with Kimizu Sauce, followed by Langoustine Santen Mori, Yuba Harumaki with Creamy Yuba and Miso Risretto. For dessert, indulge in a Yuba Ice Cream Cylinder, with pine nuts and maple caramel.
