Women Achieve Visible Results on the Ski Slopes with a Little Help from Mount Hotham and L�Oreal Paris

Mount Hotham�s L�Oreal Paris Visible Results program is guaranteed to be all women and all fun!

Beginning 28 July, the week long program is designed to give women the confidence and technical ability to conquer the slopes at an advanced level.

Senior Skiing Instructor, Heidi Peirce, has been the program coordinator for 4 years and believes the benefits are twofold.

�Program participants not only significantly improve their skiing technique but they also learn how to train their mindset in order to feel empowered on the slopes. With L�Oreal Paris Visible Results we build a caring environment and nurture women in a way that helps them succeed�, said Heidi.

6 key concepts are worked on over the 5 days: - developing a plan of attack to successfully navigate varying snow conditions; - understanding how your mindset affects your skiing ability & learning to control it; - expanding your turn technicality; - understanding the role of your hands and arms and how you effectively use them to improve your technique; - how to be your own instructor & develop a basic guideline for identifying and overcoming your common skiing shortfalls; and, - developing a self-awareness of the personal changes that have taken place throughout the week and embracing the changes.

�The program is intense, but the experience is memorable as you spend a week improving your skills whilst enjoying the company of women with a similar level of skiing ability a common passion for the sport and self-improvement�, Heidi said.

The L�Oreal Paris Visible Results program includes a 5 day unlimited lift pass, 4 hours of tuition daily with a senior female instructor, video analysis, free use of demo carve skis for one day, free use of race training facilities, a L�Oreal pamper pack and a welcome breakfast at Swindlers on day one. The program costs $689 ($506 with a valid lift pass) and is available for all women of an intermediate skiing standard or above.
