Wine & Architecture L'Andana, Tuscany – From £605 per person

L'Andana invites wine and architecture lovers to spend two days discovering the best of Southern Italy. Guests will visit three exceptional family owned wineries, where they will have guided tastings by wine experts and see the architectural highlights.

The stay includes:

  • Two-night stay with daily Tuscan breakfast
  • Guided tour with wine tasting at Acquaguista winery, located in L'Andana's historical estate
  • Lunch at La Villa restaurant, two courses with Tenuta La Badiola wine
  • Guided tour with wine tasting at Rocca di Frassinello winery, designed by Renzo Piano – an Italian architect and engineer, who won the Pritzker Prize in 1998
  • Guided tour with wine tasting at Petra winery, designed by Mario Botta – a Swiss architect and a prolific and well known crafter of space, designing a huge array of places of worship, private homes, and museums, perhaps most notably the San FranciscoMuseum of Modern Art and the Church of San Giovanni Battista in Mogno, Switzerland
  • A typical Tuscan lunch at Petra winery

L'Andana, located in the Maremma region and set in a 500 hectare estate surrounded by green hills and olive groves, is an idyllic hideaway with Alain Ducasse's first restaurant in Italy serving traditional Tuscan cuisine, an award-winning ESPA spa and a golf range.
