Teignmouth, home to the rock group Muse and the setting of Colin Firth's new film, The Mercy, is finally emerging as the hidden gem of South Devon.
The pretty seaside town, one that is has been over shadowed in recent years, has been named as a holiday hot spot by The Guardian*, and South West Holiday Parks agree with the recommendation.

Enjoy views that money can't on the benches of Eastcliff Park that sits on top of the cliffs looking over the sea and the railway line.
Pack your trunks and head to the heated lido for an open-air swim and picnic.
Pavilions Teignmouth is a stylish new arts venue and the bar alone is worth a visit for the views.
A trip to The Den, a Green Flag Awarded park, on seafront is popular with visitors and guests thanks to the water-park, play area, mini golf and football pitches.
For a change of scene take the train to Dawlish Warren, head into Exeter or walk around Dartmoor.
