Done the Amalfi Coast……why not try Cilento?
Whilst most people flock to the Amalfi Coast, why not venture further south to the less travelled mountains and beaches of the Cilento region. This region of Italy is filled with rocky coves, quiet beaches and tiny villages. Hop on a bike and explore the hills and mountains of the National Park of Cilento, Italy's second largest national park. Step back in time and discover the ancient Greek temples of Paestum and the Greco-Roman remains of Velia, stroll through the medieval alleyways of the beautiful town of Castellabate or simply unwind on sandy beaches dotted with coves.

Take a gamble in the city of Sanremo with its famous casino dating back to 1904. Cycle the traffic-free Pista Ciclabile coastal route which follows the pathway of an abandoned railway as it winds along the coast. Enjoy an ice-cream on the bustling seafront or visit the French resort of Cannes just an hour away. Further up the coast is the quaint town of Diano Marina, which boasts glorious sandy beaches. During June the town holds its annual Flower Festival where artists create vast paintings and murals on the town's streets, made only from flower petals.
