Who Needs The Easter Bunny When You Can Have A Chocolate Martini From CC Bar?

Renaissance Chancery Court

CC Bar at Renaissance Chancery Court is celebrating the end of Lent with an indulgent Chocolate Martini - expertly created by Ivan Grondona, head barman and drinks guru at this chic, central London bar. What better way to celebrate Easter and welcome in the Spring than with a decadent cocktail made from smooth rich chocolate and crme de cacao to produce a luxurious dark mahogany coloured drink with undertones of vanilla. This is then married with pure, three times distilled vodka and shaken over ice and for the finishing touch homemade vodka infused with vanilla pods is added to the mix and then poured into a frozen martini glass. This incredibly indulgent Martini can be found by simply stepping off the lively streets of Holborn and through the archway into the all encompassing CC Bar. The bar features superb architectural detailing in the form of rare Swedish green marble Ionic columns with flamed Brazilian Mahogany and the ceiling consists of listed Edwardian detail creating an elegant theme throughout. Guests can relax on high backed leather sofas that rest against the Edwardian listed walls and glance over to the eclectic collection of antique and contemporary pictures and paintings on the 'unlisted south' wall. With low lighting and rich colours of bronze and muted green CC Bar provides the perfect sanctuary to escape the buzz of the City. The Chocolate Martini is a special addition to the CC Bar cocktail menu for Easter and costs 9.95. For further information or reservations please call CC Bar on 020 7829 9888.
