The package offers loved-up couples the opportunity to celebrate Valentine's Day in ultimate luxury staying at the 5* Ch'teau les Crayères (built originally as a palace for Champagne royalty by the Pommery family) with a flawless level of service as well as a gastronomic gala dinner at the Ch'teau's double Michelin starred restaurant, "Le Parc".

The private tour will consist of a visit to a small, family-run Grand Cru Champagne House for a tour of the fascinating Champagne-making process from press to bottle and the opportunity to learn the Napoleonic art of Sabrage (opening a bottle with a sabre).

Guests will also be taken to the beautiful village of Hautvillers, home of Dom Perignon, for a comparative tasting session of three single varietal Champagnes and a platter of gourmet delicacies. This quaint French village is set amongst the hills and offers fantastic views out across the vineyards.

Guests are free to choose their favourite large, prestigious Champagne House for a tour and a flute or two of Champagne to ensure the trip is truly unforgettable.

The highlight of the tour will surely be a visit to the estate of the most famous and iconic of Prestige Cuveés, Dom Perignon. Guests will enjoy a private tour of some of the oldest parts of the cellars, concluding in true style in the luxurious surroundings of the estate's mansion with a flute of Dom Perignon.
