Indulge in a premium Portuguese wine and dine experience at Gosto
Savor the gastronomic delights of Portugal when one of the country's most respected wine producers, Mr. Tiago Alves de Sousa, takes you on a culinary journey at Galaxy Macau™'s renowned Gosto Portuguese restaurant. From 23-31 March, Gosto is hosting a Premium Winemaker's Dinner with bottles selected by the award-winning Portuguese winemaker, who was named "Producer of the Year" by "Revista de Vinhos" magazine. The three-course menu features dishes like Marinated Sardines, Saffron and Garlic, Braised Pork Knuckle with Root Vegetables and Portuguese Chorizo, and Rice Pudding with Prunes, Cinnamon and Flaky Pastry - each paired with a delicious Portuguese wine. It's all for just MOP 368 per person.

Quality that's baked in
Lovers of exceptional quality bread will be able to indulge their passion from 11 April, when Galaxy Bread opens on the ground floor of Galaxy Macau. Using Polish baking techniques and flour imported from France and Germany, highly experienced Executive Bakery Chef Hendri Yusup will produce a range of delicious, organic bread that is naturally healthy and additive-free. Polish baking involves overnight fermentation of the starter dough on-site to create bread with a very special aroma and flavor.

Galaxy Bread will open from 11am to 5pm, Thursday to Saturday, offering loaves starting at MOP20 for an 800g Ciabatta Rye Bread to MOP85 for the 500g Sour Dough.

Shell-ebration at Pak Loh
People all over the world consider abalone a delicacy, something to be savored during important occasions and family gatherings. Pak Loh Chiu Chow Restaurant, on the other hand, thinks life is too short not to celebrate every day with the luxurious abalone. From now till 30 April, try the Deluxe Chiu Chow Seafood menu featuring Braised 3-Headed Abalone with Oyster Sauce as well as Fish Maw Soup for just MOP788. Come to Pak Loh and enjoy the wonderful texture, flavor and versatility of this popular seafood dish.

Taking dessert to a whole new level
Why have just a single sweet layer of dessert when you can indulge in three or even more? Sweet Splendor is now offering the "Layered Dessert Temptation" featuring delectable temptations like Pandan Custard Cake, Yuzu Coconut Cake, Mango Lime Napolean Cake, Ice Cream Layer Cake, Traditional Layer Cake, and "An Assortment of Colorful Layered Jelly" including Red Bean & Coconut Jelly, Black Sesame & Almond Jelly, and Malay Pandan & Coconut Layer Jelly.

Glam dancing at CHINA ROUGE
