Spent grains get another life as dog treats and soap
4 Hearts Brewing is collaborating with SOAPBAYZ – The Beverage Soap Company to turn unused grains into soaps. Each soap is made from and with a different beer in their core range, but they don't smell like beer. The brewing company has also started turning unused grain into dog treats and then other spent grain is used to feed livestock at local farms. The soaps and dog treats are available exclusively from The Pumpyard Bar.
