What's New 2015: To Tuscany Adds 100 New Villas For Next Year

To Tuscany

To Tuscany, the villa-booking website, is adding more than 100 properties to its collection in 2015, which will boost the total to 750 top-quality holiday rentals in this popular region of Italy.

The accommodation specialist, which offers a best-price guarantee on its villas, will increase the number with private pools in particular, in response to growing demand. These will be across its wide range, from a villa for two at £410 for a week to a villa for 27 at £27,027 for seven nights.

For example, Sesta Di Mezzo 10, a Tuscan villa in its own grounds near Gaiole in Chianti, sleeping up to 12 in five bedrooms still has good availability for spring/summer 2015, with a week starting from £4,259 in total. Elegantly decorated and furnished, the property also benefits from a large pool with views of the surrounding vineyards and forest.

To Tuscany will add to its range of excellent-value apartments and smaller properties, too, especially in the increasingly popular Lucca area, where it has expanded its offering from just five to almost 50 in the past year due to demand. For example, Casa Sara, in the mountains above Lucca, costs just £655 for a week in high season. The semi-detached stone villa has two bedrooms, a large open-plan living area, a shaded terrace and a private pool.

Prices quoted are the total cost for the apartment or villa hire, not per person, and they do not include international travel. To Tuscany is an easy-to-use, online-booking site, which features more than 600 high-quality holiday properties at affordable prices. The site allows customers to book direct with owners yet benefit from the peace of mind of paying through a secure portal. To Tuscany was set up in 1998 by Sean Caulfield, who lives in the region, and is supported by a small team back in England, who are always ready to help with online and phone enquiries.
