LOS ANGELES, Calif.—(May 18, 2015)—Westfield Travel Collection shopping centers, a name synonymous with style world-wide, have introduced the Traveler Privileges Card, an exciting new savings and incentive program for domestic and international travelers.

“The Traveler Privileges Card is part of an expanding suite of welcoming signature services offered to travelers who shop and dine at Westfield Travel Collection centers,” said Westfield U.S. Director of Tourism Karla Villatoro.  

The Traveler Privileges Card offers visitors thousands of dollars in shopping and dining savings from participating retailers and restaurants at Westfield Travel Collection shopping centers in San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, Clearwater, Florida and Paramus, New Jersey and at airport shopping destinations at LAX, JFK and Newark.

Visitors simply present a voucher at Westfield Travel Collection centers' redemption locations and an out-of-town driver's license or passport to receive a Traveler Privileges Card and directory. Visitors can obtain vouchers at www.westfieldtravelcollection.com or from travel professionals. Multi-lingual printed or electronic Traveler Privileges Card vouchers are also available to travel trade and hotels.

The Traveler Privileges Card entitles visitors to special savings and perks at participating shops and restaurants at each center or airport offering brand and designer shopping, café and signature dining, and seasonal entertainment experiences. In addition, visitors receive a special gift with purchase after a day of shopping at a Westfield Travel Collection center. For purchases totaling $500 USD they will receive a $25 gift card; for $1,000 USD a $50 gift card; for $2,500 a $250 gift card; and, for $5,000 a $250 gift card. These gift cards can be spent at any shop or restaurant at a Westfield Travel Collection center and have no expiration date. This gift card offer is not available at airport locations.

In addition to the new Traveler Privileges Card, Westfield launched a new partnership with UnionPay International by offering a special gift with purchase for UnionPay cardholders. For same day purchases totaling $500 USD they will receive a $25 gift card and for $1,000 USD spent a $50 gift card. UnionPay cardholders through Bank of China receive double the rewards.
