Couples can relax and focus on enjoying their engagement while the hotel’s Romance Maestro handles all the details which can include the pets too. Choose from a number of ceremony locations including the hotel’s own dog park, hotel library, or the beach.   With the Elopement Package, West Inn & Suites can provide a customized wedding experience for a party of two up to eight including accommodations, customized dining experience, transportation, and even the special person who officiates the ceremony. 

Whether planning an intimate sunset ceremony or small gathering, West Inn & Suites can customize the wedding experience to each couple’s desires. Couples start by meeting with the hotel’s Romance Maestro, who specializes in putting together the intimate details for the celebrated event. Paying special attention to each couples’ personalities and needs, the concierge may recommend a pet-friendly ceremony at the hotel’s park, or a peaceful gathering on a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Couples will be navigated through their options so they can select the venue that best reflects their love story. 

On-site restaurants, Bistro West and West Steak and Seafood, make ideal venues for intimate dining experiences and Executive Chef, Eugenio Martignago, can create special menus tailored to the couple. Both restaurants take an authentic farm-to-table approach to dining, using ingredients and produce grown at the three-acre West Farm. 

Elopement package rates, which are based on hotel availability, start at $600 and include accommodations, customized ceremony and menu offerings, transportation to the selected Carlsbad wedding venue, and an ordained Interfaith Minister.
