West Country holiday business nominated for top award.
Helpful Holidays, the leading West Country cottage specialists, have once again been nominated for the 'Oscars' of the travel world, the prestigious British Travel Awards.
For the past five years Helpful Holidays has won a British Travel Award, with 2015 also bringing the Feefo Gold Award for Excellence in Customer Service. This year the company has been nominated in the Best Medium Holiday Company for Customer Service and Best UK Cottage/Self Catering Holiday Company categories.
The British Travel Awards are acknowledged as the most definitive and largest monitor of public opinion on the performance of travel and tourism providers, the online votes of holidaymakers determining the winners, whilst the Feefo award is based upon genuinely independent customer ratings.
A family-owned business based in the heart of the Dartmoor National Park, Helpful Holidays has arranged happy holidays for their customers, as well as providing a friendly, experienced and hassle-free service for cottage owners, for over 30 years.
Moray Bowater, Managing Director, said, “We're proud our unique brand of handpicked cottages, holiday helpfulness and personal service has been recognised at the British Travel Awards for the past five years and we're delighted to be nominated once again. Many of our customers and their families have enjoyed Helpful Holidays cottages for generations now and we feel privileged that they're inspired to vote for us.”
The British Travel Awards results will be announced in November. More details at www.britishtravelawards.com.
