From 1st - 4th April 2022, we are teaming up with ex-Olympic weightlifter Mike Cerbus for an active getaway like no other.
Experience four days of coaching and quality time on the Jurassic Coast, improve your weightlifting journey and spend time with a small friendly group exploring this beautiful UNESCO world heritage site.
The serenity of the beach, our inclusive spirit and Mike’s world-class weightlifting background will help you recharge and return back home with new levels of confidence.
What to expect:
Your Coach
Mike Cerbus is a Weightlifting Coach at Power Monkey Fitness in the US and has years of expertise when it comes to running an immersive learning experience.
Competitively, Mike is a former Team USA weightlifter competing at an elite level for 9 years where he medalled at three US National Championships and five American Open Championships and was selected for the US Pan American and Olympic Qualification Teams in 2012.
Mike has coached people of all ages and skill levels around the world, from beginners to competitors. He is known for his knowledge, patience and attentiveness, as he travels and teaches weightlifting technique methods at gyms around the world.
Training
Four days of thoughtful practice, small group discussion and individualised learning. If you are a seasoned weightlifter, this is a chance to hone your technique, and if you are a beginner, this will be a unique opportunity to set proper foundations.
Exploring
We will be based in the middle of the Jurassic Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with some of the UK’s most beautiful coastline spots, ideal for hikes and wild swims.
There will also be plenty of time to relax in the hot tub or by the fire, laugh and share stories, or spend time in private without distractions when you need it.

3 nights accommodation at Watch Hill Manor, a beautiful Georgian Manor near the sea.

NOTE: Travel to Exmouth or Exeter St David’s train station is not included in the price.
Price: £1,200 per person (Early Bird offer until 31st January. £1,500 thereafter)
£200 deposit is required at the time of booking with 3 further instalments to pay the balance.
