16 January 2014, Hong Kong: By overwhelming popular demand, Michelin Recommended Cantonese restaurant of The Mira Hong Kong re-introduces creative take on dim sum lunch with its signature contemporary twist in all you can eat mode at HK$268 per person on weekdays. To mark a brand new chapter in the New Year of the Horse, all-new luxurious dim sum stunners hand-crafted by the master chefs and available on weekends only will be unveiled on 18 January 2014.

Cuisine Cuisine at The Mira hand-picked a menu of more than twenty savoury and a number of sweet dim sum selections that are steeped in some of the most demanding culinary traditions yet surprise with unique aesthetic flair. Feast on a dim sum menu including local classics, such as “Xao Long Bao” Steamed Shanghai style soup pork dumpling (a la carte price - HK$48); favourite contemporary creations, like Crispy taro puff with diced chicken and foie gras (a la carte price - HK$48), or Steamed wild mushroom and black truffle dumpling (a la carte price - HK$42); as well as newly introduced Squid in curry chili sauce.

Ideal for sharing with friends and family, or in a large group of business partners in one of the exclusive private rooms fitting up to 24 guests, all you can eat dim sum lunch is available Monday to Friday only (excluding Public Holidays) from 11:30am till 2:30pm.
