Waterstones celebrates food and drink authors at Blenheim Palace Food Festival

Waterstones Oxford will join Fantastic British Food Festivals at magnificent Blenheim Palace this late May bank holiday weekend, 28th-30th May 2016, from 10am-5pm. 

Building on the success of 2015's festival which saw 20,000 visitors over 3 days, this year's Blenheim Palace Food Festival features an exciting programme of events which includes cookery demonstrations from Great British Bake Off 2015 finalist, Tamal Ray and MasterChef finalist 2105, Tony Rodd.  Food and drink authors will join them in taking centre stage, with expert demonstrations and talks on culinary topics as diverse as the history of the British pudding and how to prepare sauerkraut, taken from their newly published books.  Visitors will be able to meet the authors and buy signed copies from the Waterstones marquee, which will also sell a variety of other bestselling food, drink, lifestyle and children's titles.
