Collins Kitchen is proud to produce a series of MasterClasses run in conjunction with Melbourne Food & Wine Festival.

Embark on a hands-on culinary journey around one of Collins Kitchen's four dynamic dining concepts; Sushi, Deli, Wok and Patisserie.  Sip on a glass of sparking as you watch Executive Chef, Jason Camillo and his culinary brigade craft mouth-watering dishes before your very eyes during a 30 minute hands-on MasterClass.  Listen closely as the chefs divulge industry tips and tricks as well as insights acquired over decades of devotion to their art.

End the class rolling up your sleeves and get hands-on tuition making Sushi rolls, tossing Woks and baking sweet French treats all within the open kitchen.
