Ovolo Hotels is bringing its bars and kitchens to homes across Australia with new to-go concepts from its famed Alibi Bar & Kitchen, Australia's first 100 per cent plant-based hotel and sustainably focused Monster Kitchen and Bar in Canberra – welcome ALT CTRL EAT by Alibi and DELI by Monster.
Taking the food philosophies of these iconic & unique venues, Ovolo are excited to launch refreshed takeaway concepts to dine in at home. ALT CTRL EAT by Alibi, in Sydney, 100% plant powered takeaways focusing on 'Dirty Greens' which includes a comprehensive menu of plant-based burgers and bites alongside some clean dishes for those looking to keep things fresh. A traditional and plant-based deli and grocery awaits at DELI by Monster in Canberra, a select menu of the Monster favourites with market fresh produce to take home as ready-made meals or home assembly.
In addition to a fresh range of offerings across all these eateries and delis consisting of delicious meals, there's a curated bar to match. Each venue offers their unique spirited twist on classic cocktails, and the cellar doors are wide open to experience ever-changing wine lists by the bottle.

ALT CTRL EAT by Alibi, is about all burgers. All 100% powered by plants, ALT CTRL EAT is fast food, with real values to reset the soul.

However, you like, expect elevated in quality and house made patties by the Alibi Bar & Kitchen team, with 100% plant-based fillings, sauces, pickles, all the good stuff. The variety of burgers also include the popular Cheeseburger and Alibi Hotdog, with high protein patties and sausages by The Alternative Meat Co. from Alibi's Dirty Greens bar menu. To accompany your burger or enjoy on their own, choose between Onion Rings, Cauliflower Bites to Mac n Cheese Balls or Loaded Fries – Jalapeno or BBQ. For those wanting to keep on the cleaner side, Plant Bowls, Kelp Noodles or Spicy Udon are will help you stop, refresh, revive and reset.

Founded on sustainability, Monster's ethos of showcasing ingredients from local and smallholder farmers has never been more prevalent than with DELI by Monster.
Always on the front foot, Monster known for its bold and confident approach to Canberra's dining scene pivots to marry a deli and grocer. DELI by Monster's menu consists `of a selection of Monster favourites and is 50% its plant-based, while also offering traditional deli items for carnivores; expect a unique mixture of cold cuts, nut cheeses and fine wine. In addition to ready to eat sandwiches, salads, soups, mains and sides. Ready-made or for home assembly, locals can play chef at home with Market boxes.
