W Taipei Launches First Ever Social Media Party #WOOBABY with DJ Mikey and Bubbly Champagne

W Taipei is launching the first ever social media party #Woobaby at WOOBAR every night from May 23 to 25 - 9pm until late.  Powered by DJ Mickey Moran’s music, bubbly Pol Roger Champagne, and Samsung smart camera NX300, W Taipei’s #Woobaby Social Night is not just a way to recognize the digital revolution happening right before our eyes, but a time to have some fun!

Guests will be approached at the door by the “Social Media Policeman and –women” checking the social status of everyone to ensure all like/follow W Taipei official social media channels of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Weibo. After the check-up, all guests will be brought to the photo call and have their pictures taken with the fabulous Samsung smart camera NX300 before they receive their welcome shooters.  The photos will be uploaded directly onto the social medial channels and projected onto the big screen above the fireplace in Woobar. What a WOW welcome experience!  Guests are encouraged to take photos at the party hash tagged #woobaby @wtaipei and load them onto their own channels. If they wish their pictures to be seen on the big screen, they can also LINE (as a verb) them to us at our dedicated account. Those who submit their creative pictures are eligible to win Hankyu Department Store voucher, AWAY SPA treatment voucher, or one night stay at W Taipei! 

 

DJ Mickey Moran is in charge of the music at the party. His music is full of passion and breaks boundaries with the music gene of Old Skool, Hip/Hop n RnB, Commercial RnB, Ghetto Funk, House, Electro, Eclectic and Tech House.
