To celebrate the nation’s 56th birthday, the Hotel brings together four stellar chefs (Chinese Executive Chef Larry Li, Executive Pastry Chef Edwin Leow, Sous-chef Joe Leong, and Chef Sonlanki Ashok) to prepare a multi-ethnic line-up of traditional and modern takes on local cuisines. The menu pays homage to all things Singapore, using indigenous ingredients that will bring together flavors reminiscent of cultures and ethnic influences from this island home.

A feast of food and culture awaits with a buffet-to-go menu of multicultural cuisine and home-style dishes. The specially curated menu is the culmination of the chefs’ mastery and collaboration as they cook up a spread of star-spangled recipes that aim to set your palate out on a journey around Singapore, or better known as “foodie’s paradise”.

From 7 August 2021, celebrate in true Singapore style with the ‘Ro-jiak’ Brunch that will feature a mix of the best local favorites to jiak (eat). Look forward to a melting pot of delicious treats such as the Singapore Chilli Lobster – served with steamed buns, Singapore Char Kway Teow, the flavor-packed Butter Chicken – served with Basmati rice and garlic naan, the crispy and juicy Tandoori Salmon, the savory-sweet Rojak, the golden-glazed Pork & Chicken Satays, and the Peach Streusel Tart for a sugar high ending.

At SGD156+ (two persons) and SGD196+ (four persons), complete the celebratory feast with four or eight cans of Tiger beer, the perfect accompaniment to raise a toast and let the good times roll.
