Voting has opened for the Out & About with Kids 2021 Readers' Choice Awards, which recognise the best family travel experiences around the world. Readers who go online to vote in the Awards go in the running to WIN a seven-day holiday in a Britz campervan in Australia, valued at $4,000. Each year, the Awards name the best destinations, attractions, accommodation, tours and airlines for families.

Publisher Elisa Elwin, from Elwin Media, said voting in the awards was a great way to support the travel and tourism industry at the time they need it most. “It's always important to support the industry, but with recent COVID-19 lockdowns and border closures, this year they need it now more than ever,” she said. “Winning one of these awards – or even being nominated – provides our hardworking tourism operators with a boost and the incentive to keep going despite the toughest times the industry has ever seen. This year is also the 10th anniversary of the Awards, which is a significant milestone for us.”

Readers can vote on the Out & About with Kids website before 5pm AEST on Friday August 13, 2021. When they vote, they'll go in the running to win a Britz campervan holiday. Britz Australia is perfect for every adventure or family getaway, with plenty of space for your parents, your kids, and even your dog, as well as your favourite bike, cricket bat, and cookbook. There are pick up points across Australia, including Adelaide, Alice Springs, Brisbane, Broome, Cairns, Darwin, Hobart, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney. Blackout dates apply during school holiday periods (16/9/2021–17/10/2021 and 09/4/2022–26/4/2022) and over Christmas and New Year (7/12/2021–31/01/22).

Out & About with Kids aims to inspire families to spend quality time together on holidays and create memories that will last a lifetime. The magazine is distributed to both consumers and travel agents, with a temporarily reduced circulation during the pandemic of 8,000 printed copies, with 1.8 million digital magazines distributed via parenting website Stay at Home Mum and Baby to Toddler Shows. The magazine also has a growing social media following, with more than 30,000 followers and nearly 20,000 newsletter subscribers.
