La Grand Dame Private Table diners will be additionally treated to private wait staff, extra prize draw tickets and an invitation to attend the Veuve Clicquot Masterclass at Hilton Brisbane, a rare opportunity.

 Hilton Brisbane  Executive Chef Jeremy Clark said the exclusive event would showcase the very best local produce from a carefully selected menu that promised to exceed expectations.

"The Melbourne Cup menu will feature new season fig, prosciutto, goats curd and aged balsamic, grilled O'Connor beef fillet, garlic potato puree, heirloom carrots and a selection of mini desserts. It won't be one to disappoint," Mr Clark said.
