Five new exciting properties added to the portfolio for summer 2015

Luxury villa specialist, Villa Guru, has unveiled the latest additions to its luxury villa and private island portfolio. Additions reflect client demand for the most luxurious properties and a focus on Mediterranean holidays in 2015. The villas and private island, all within the Côte d'Azur and Balearics, bring the total number of villas to 42 with nine private islands available.

La Bergerie, Côte d'Azur
Set within the exclusive Terre Blanche Golf Club just 25 minutes from Cannes, La Bergerie is a spectacular villa for 12 guests. Accommodation is spread over 1,000m² with six luxurious bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms looking out to 1.4 hectares of landscaped gardens. Ideal for a large group or family get together, the villa has a swimming pool, pool house, al fresco dining area, family room, cinema and summer kitchen/lounge making for the ideal celebration venue. The historic village of Tourettes is just minutes away with its picture postcard series of perched cobbled streets popular with tourists.

Prices start from €26,000 per week based on entire rental of the villa. Prices include Villa Guru concierge and staff including a housekeeping team, live-in chef and host on hand to serve throughout the stay.

Can Dos Rocas, Ibiza
Located on the seafront within the exclusive Calaconta Development, Can dos Rocas sleeps 12 guests with sweeping vistas of the west coast of Ibiza. The celebrated Cala Conta beach and islands of S'illa des Bosc and Conejeera are all visible from the pool and living areas as well as a number of bedrooms. Further to the outdoor pool the villa also boasts an al fresco dining area whilst inside high-tech gadgetry makes the interior as alluring as the pool area.

Villa Zeus, Mallorca
Home to both and indoor and outdoor pool, Villa Zeus, overlooking the bay of Cala Llamp, is one of the feature properties within the Las Brisas area. The well-manicured 2,700m² grounds include a number of chill-out areas allowing guests to take in the views of the bay and beyond to the Cape of Cala and the Mediterranean Sea. Inside, the villa has six bedrooms, sleeping 12 guests. Alongside the sizeable indoor pool is a spa with sauna, steam bath and a well-equipped gym.

Tagomago Island, off Ibiza
900 metres from the coast of Ibiza lies the private Tagomago Island, a haven of peace, sleeping just ten guests. Accommodation is within one large villa located towards the middle of the island which is 1,540m long and 870m wide. Sprawling outdoor areas include a large pool, numerous sun lounger chill-out areas to enjoy sunsets from, a fitness area as well as an al fresco cooking and dining area. Inside, there are five bedrooms, a Bang & Olufsen music system and interiors by notable designers. Enter in style by sea or air with yacht mooring and a helipad both available. As well as the main island of Ibiza being just ten minutes away by boat, the island of Formentera with its pristine beaches is just 30 minutes south.

Prices start from €100,000 per week based on entire rental of the island. Prices include Villa Guru concierge, housekeeping staff, kitchen staff, chef with other staff for maintenance and water sports instruction all on hand throughout the stay.

Castell de Manresa, Mallorca
Presented within an established estate on the bay of Pollensa, Castell de Manresa enjoys 150,000m² of private land, including one kilometre of coastline. Sleeping 14 guests over four villas, the original house dates back to 1715 and has been completely restored. The other buildings including guest accommodation include a historical bird sanctuary, fisherman's house and Arabian style house. Beyond the characterful accommodation, the estate also includes an outdoor swimming pool, wellness area, gym, sauna, steam bath and tennis court. There is even space for helicopter landings at the end of the pool.
