The Star’s very own lovable Italian, chef Stefano Manfredi, has created a mouthwatering five course menu that features antipasti plates with buffalo mozzarella, raw fish and quail; risotto with pumpkin and goat’s cheese; grilled prawns with tomato and almond pesto; pan roasted lamb with eggplant puree and pickled carrots; and chocolate parfait with strawberry hearts.

BLACK by ezard

Chef Teague Ezard has lovingly created a five course menu that includes a complimentary glass of champagne on arrival. Eat your heart out with Hiramasa kingfish sashimi and sesame custard with edamame puree and chardonnay and shallot dressing; organic farm egg with leek cream, smoked duck prosciutto and herb salad; crispy skin ocean trout with citrus sabayon, pea puree, carrots and mint; waygu striploin with desiree potato, charred onion and mushroom; and warm couverture ganache with fresh mint ice cream, raspberry mousse and chocolate cookie.

Sokyo

Sokyo will be serving an a la carte menu specially created by chef Chase Kojima, who has come up with some especial dishes that you’ll adore. Includes oyster tempura with caviar ($30), asparagus with tuna and burnt leek ($28), dragon roll with avocado, barbeque eel and and chocolate ($37) and fig and almond shiro-miso for dessert ($18).

The Spa at The Darling

If pampering is more up your alley, try a couples’ treatment at The Spa at The Darling, who will be paying tribute to Valentine’s Day for all of February by incorporating chocolate in to their couples’ treatment. The decadent treatment starts with champagne and luscious chocolate-covered strawberries while guests enjoy a romantic bath ritual in the VIP Spa Suite, followed by a body polish with organic raw sugar, and continuing with a relaxing Swedish massage side by side.
