THE LANGHAM, HONG KONG CELEBRATES VALENTINE�S DAY A WEEK EARLY

With this year�s Valentine�s Day falling over Chinese New Year, The Langham, Hong Kong has decided to bring celebrations forward by one week; meaning there is really no excuse to not treat your loved one.

From February 7 until February 14 inclusive, each of The Langham, Hong Kong�s restaurants will be offering a Valentine�s inspired menu.

The Bostonian

Old school romance is on the menu in The Bostonian. With its richly decorated interior and passionate modern art pieces adorning the walls, the stage is set for an affair to remember. Executive Chef Mark Bannon continues the romance with an aphrodisiacal 6-course menu, featuring dishes such as: Langham smoked salmon, foie gras parfait and black truffle dusted John Dory.

Main St. Deli

Those looking for a more relaxed Valentine�s Day will be well suited to Main St. Deli. Famed for serving serious portions, in a relaxed New York style diner, the special Valentine�s 4-course menu features cream of asparagus soup, a choice of roast veal or mustard and dill baked sea bass and to follow, a sweet treat, pink dessert platter.

T�ang Court

If you can�t give diamonds, give stars! Our two Michelin starred Cantonese restaurant, T�ang Court, steps up to impress your date with their super-indulgent 8-course menu. Featuring dishes such as saut�ed and golden-fried scallops, Inaniwa noodles with crab meat in fish broth and baked sago pudding with lotus seed paste. It might not be the sparkler she had in mind, but it will surely leave her smiling.

L�Eclipse

A favourite among buffets in Hong Kong, L�Eclipse will offer their usual extensive selection alongside a few themed Valentine�s items. You can never go wrong with an offering featuring wagyu beef, oysters and sushi. To finish your somewhat indulgent buffet head to the dessert bar and enjoy a chocolate fountain and an array of other sweet temptations.
