The fun and atmospheric evening will feature the exquisite menu, accompanied by specially selected wines. Valentine, who is an award-winning author and presenter of BBC series 'What To Eat Now' grew up on a farm in Dorset where he learned to fish, shoot and cook from a young age. In typical Valentine Warner style, his menu has been artistically designed with flavour in mind, using fresh seasonal choices inspired by his understanding of using the finest ingredients to contribute to the plate as much as the cooking.
Hepple Gin will be creating a cocktail to kick off the evening, Hepple Gin Fizz. Hepple Gin is the result of a collaboration between Valentine Warner; renowned barman, Nick Strangeway; drinks developer, Cairbry Hill; countryman, Walter Riddell; and distiller, Chris Green.
The Valentine Warner Dinner Party at Dewsall Court starts at 7pm, dress code is smart casual.
