Staying true to its Belgian roots, the talented team of chefs at FRITES aspire to create European cuisine to delight the taste buds. To celebrate the Year of the PIG, FRITES will launch the “U.S. CHAIRMAN’S RESERVE PORK TOMAHAWK”, for HK$190 (originally priced HK$380) during March for either lunch or dinner. You can add an additional $180 for a 2-hour free flow red wine to pair with the dish.

With a generous portion of 350 grams of pork the tomahawk is famous for its tenderness and juiciness. Each Tomahawk pork is perfectly executed by the FRITES’ chefs, yielding a succulent texture and richness.  The dish is served with creamed spinach, dauphinoise potato and confit cherry tomatoes.
