SEATTLE, WA, October 1st, 2020 – The American owned, U.S. flagged small-boat adventure company, UnCruise Adventures continues to reimagine future travel and guest experiences with the launch of its digital 2021-22 brochure. Guests, partners, and travel advisors can experience the new digital brochure on the company's website, where they can immerse themselves in destination videos or download it to any device for a mobile experience.
UnCruise Adventures has phased out its traditional brochures using technology in its place. This is in line with the company's long-standing sustainable travel practices, reducing packaging, paper, and supply chains. The company is now paperless with all booking documents online.
“We are undertaking data-driven decisions and customer research more than ever,” shares UnCruise Adventures CEO, Dan Blanchard. “Amidst the suppressed travel we have had a chance to take a look at our customer journey at every level and are implementing strategic evolutions that will be a better experience for everyone.”
In addition to sustainability, the decision for a digital brochure was based on changes to the way guests and travelers are researching and looking at future travel. UnCruise Adventures' annual brochure is still a key part of the guest's journey and those who need a printed brochure will be provided a print on demand publication upon request.
Showcased in the brochure are the popular 7 and 12 night Alaskan Adventures, the company's new 5-night close-to-home experience of the Salish Sea, the Pacific Northwest and Columbia Rivers sailings, Hawaii's four islands, one-week seascapes and it's Latin America collection.
“We are experiencing a high interest in small boat adventures even with a reduction in 2020 travel.” Blanchard states. “With our 25th anniversary coming up in a few months, I took the opportunity to share my gratitude with a personal letter in the new digital brochure. There is a silver lining in difficult times, and we are looking towards an exciting future.”
