The 2014 World Travel Awards, the “Oscars” of the travel and tourism industry, recently took place in Athens, Greece. Having won the award in 2013, the UK based company Real Russia are delighted to announce that they have won the prestigious title of “Russia's Leading Travel Agency” for 2014 also. The award demonstrates recognition on an international level, highlighting the UK on the global stage.

This will be the first time that a company has won this award two years running and it is a testament to Real Russia's development and growth since its humble origins as a home business in Cheshire to opening their first office in Volzhsky, back in 2003, to now, establishing itself with 5 international offices in the UK, Russia and Romania.

Despite recent negative press within Russia, Real Russia has continued to grow and develop; the company has taken on new staff, increasing employment opportunities, providing a boost to the local economy. Joining with new Affiliates too, they are able to continue to provide the specialist service to a wider proportion of the Market.  All these developments have given Real Russia their edge in winning the award and has led to them reigning superior over industry giants.
