Take 8 days annual leave mid April and thanks to Good Friday and Easter Monday, you'll get 16 consecutive days for holiday. Book off Monday the 15th April - Thursday 18th April, and Tuesday 23rd April - Friday 26th April.

Alternatively you could just take 4 days annual leave (Tuesday 23rd April - Friday 26th April) and enjoy a 10 day break!
