Here at Original Travel, we're embracing the notion of slow. Partially because it's simply too hot at home in London to move anywhere at pace, but mainly because we think it's about time to relax, slow down and enjoy your travel experience at a leisurely pace; from gently cruising down the Mekong Delta to journeying through Peru's Sacred Valley aboard a scenic train to Machu Picchu. Because sometimes, it's as much about the journey as it is the destination…
Original Travel has seen a recent popularity surge in 'slow travel' experiences with walking and boating holiday enquiries set to double that of last year's, with 2018 enquiries already overtaking last year's numbers.
Here are a few of our favourite Slow Travel destinations and experiences. For further inspiration, please visit our new Slow Travel website collection.
