August 6, 2021– TravMedia, Food4Media, and TravTrade unveiled fresh new brand logos today, Food4Media a completely new look and website food4media.com, and a new travtrade.com marketing site, in celebration of the company's 21st Anniversary.
Founded in late 1999 by Nick Wayland, a former travel editor seeking an easier way to research and report travel news, TravMedia officially launched on July 12, 2000, with a global press release announcement titled 'TravMedia.com Leads The Way'. The release went on to say, “Travmedia.com Pty Ltd, a new Internet company, has announced the world's first global website www.travmedia.com dedicated to improving information flow to travel journalists. The site has been endorsed by the Australian Society Of Travel Writers, who have been a significant development partner of the site.”
“We are excited to celebrate all three brands today by launching a fresh new aesthetic for our members and partners to commemorate our 21 years of business.” CEO & Founder Nick Wayland said.
In the company's 21-year history, the platform has created thriving online communities, with more than 25,000 media and 20,000 PR members worldwide, and the support of the Australian Society of Travel Writers, British Guild of Travel Writers, and Society of American Travel Writers.
Food4Media completed a more rigorous brand refresh with a complete color update, following several months of marketing and branding research. Initially launched in 2003, Food4Media has become the go-to resource for restaurants and food and drink brands to secure top-level media coverage.
TravTrade provides white-label event solutions to destinations, associations, events, and trade shows worldwide. The new website travtrade.com features the Virtual Events Platform, designed to keep the travel industry connected during the global pandemic.
