20 hotels receive “Best in Destination” award

In the midst of awards season with the Oscars and the Brits just around the corner, leading online travel agent, Travel Republic, has announced the winners of the Travel Republic Hotel Awards 2017.
Working with a pool of over 300,000 hotels from boutique bungalows to grand resorts, 653 hotels from around the world have received the winning accolade, after achieving a minimum customer score of 7.5 from a minimum number of genuine customer reviews posted in 2016.
The awards highlight hotels from 20 popular holiday destinations including Spain, Portugal, USA and UAE that have left an extra special impression on UK and Ireland customers, through attentive service, exceptional facilities and overall positive experience.
In addition, the hotel with the highest customer review score in their region has been crowned “Best in Destination”. This collection of 20 extraordinary hotels, excelled amongst their competitors to receive the most positive reviews from Travel Republic customers.
