In celebration of Chinese Labour Day and Japanese Golden Week Holiday, Visit Korea Committee is offering a 50% discount for the K-Travel Bus Tour. The K-Travel Bus is an overnight bus tour programme exclusively for foreigners connecting Seoul to regions across the country. The 50% discount is effective during a 3 week period, from the last week of April to second week of May. Also, during this promotional period foreign travellers who are visiting friends and relatives, can take them on-board when travelling together. Usually the domestic population cannot use the K-Travel Bus Tour.

K-Travel Bus is an overnight bus tour program exclusively for foreigners connecting Seoul to provincial attractions in various regions of Korea. Currently, departures on a 'Tuesday' head out to Jeollanam-do, Southeast Regions (Busan, Ulsan, Gyeongsangnam-do), 'Tour City of the Year' (Tongyeong) and 'Friday' departure destinations include Daegu, Gangwon-do, Gyeongsangbuk-do; there are a total of six destinations currently in operation.

To make a K-Travel Bus reservation, travellers can book online through the official homepage (www.k-travelbus.com). At least 4 people must board in order for the bus to depart, and the buses depart to 6 destinations once per week. The tour charges for each destination are under £120 and transportation, accommodation, bilingual guide, and attraction entrance fees and program charges are all inclusive.
