Travel experts and insiders create the ultimate Travel Bucket List for 2014 in get lost Magazine’s, latest issue!
The get lost team has tracked down 40 of the world’s best-known and most-respected travel experts, industry insiders and jet-setting gurus to uncover the destinations not to miss in the coming 12 months.
Pick up a copy of issue #39 and discover John Travolta’s pick for culture, cuisine and architecture, the African nation that has Sir Richard Branson mesmerised, and where George Negus plans to tread later in the year. It’s a grab bag of adventure and inspiration.
“We’ve all got a long list of places we want to visit, adventures we want to experience, but rather than ask our various contributors where they’d recommend going, we put it to those who have a completely different perspective on travel,” says get lost publisher Justin Jamieson.
“There are some big names in the list, of course – Travolta, Branson, Heston Blumenthal, Layne Beachley – but we’ve also asked treasure hunters, music festival programmers, Hollywood film scouts and modern-day explorers about the places they’ve visited and been amazed by. It certainly makes for a diverse and incredible list of destinations and experiences.”
Elsewhere in the issue, we go on a road trip through Cuba, discover the kooky side of Tokyo and venture into the Kalahari to find the king of the desert. Plus, we stay out all night in Montreal, visit Denmark’s biggest arts festival and volunteer on Fiji’s Yasawa Islands.
You’ll find all this and more in the new issue of get lost magazine. On sale 2 January from newsagents and online through the Apple Newsstand and Amazon.
