Tourism Australia's montly Hot List for October includes:

• The inaugural Caper Byron Bay festival showcasing all that is great about NSW's Hinterland region;
• Arbory Afloat setting sail for another year on Melbourne's Yarra River,
• Stowaway Kangaroo Island's two new boutique hamlets located on a working sheep farm;
• A vibrant new Perth eatery offering a seasonal Mexican menu, La Condesa.

In addition to profiling the new products and experiences, accommodation, restaurants and bars for the month that was, the Hot List also highlights the upcoming events and openings to look forward to in the months ahead
