• Chef Luke Mangan and Sydney BridgeClimb's dining collaboration inside the Sydney Harbour Bridge's Pylon.
• Victoria's Dandenong Ranges' romantic 23-bedroom escape, Burnham Beeches.
• The announcement that boutique accommodation Hotel Alba will open on Adelaide's South Terrace next March.
