Tourism Australia's montly Hot List for February includes:

• The upcoming launch of Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia’s Wintjiri Wiṟu light show, storytelling experience;
• QT Melbourne’s gastronomic experience hosted by MasterChef alum, Poh Ling Yeow;
• Two new accommodation offerings at The Pentridge in Melbourne/Narrm - Adina Apartment Hotel Pentridge Melbourne and The Interlude (opening May);
• From the culinary team behind Nomad, Middle Eastern restaurant Beau in Sydney/Warrane.
