Located just 40 minutes from Glasgow, Si! Spa at The Gailes Hotel, near Irvine, has gained its reputation as Ayrshire's award-winning luxury spa and wellness destination, offering a collection of over 50 personalised treatments, day spa packages and overnight spa breaks.

Following an extensive £2 million spa makeover, the new autumn and winter spa packages at The Gailes Hotel offer an overnight coastal retreat to relax in a thermal suite with vitality pool, sauna, steam room and outdoor hydropool, as well as Si! Spa's outdoor fire pit.  A choice of boutique therapies include back, neck and shoulder massage; luxurious foot treatment; luxurious hand treatment; therapeutic scalp ritual; and a brightening facial.

A new spa packages include a double treatment room for couples to relax and rejuvenate together, as well as a thermal suite heat and water experience and access to outdoor spa area; spa lounge; and champagne & cocktail bar.

Si! Spa's ESPA face and body treatments for men are specifically tailored to mens' skin type, each one designed specifically to ensure men experience the best physical and therapeutic benefits depending on their needs.

The ESPA Gentleman's Tonic ritual targets the back, neck, legs and feet. Enjoy a soothing foot soak and scrub, followed by a leg and foot massage. The back is then exfoliated and massaged with hot stones, making it the perfect treatment to restore energy.

The ishga for men marine back therapy combines a heated seaweed clay mask, lemongrass and key essential oils to soften, moisturise and clarify the skin. Muscular aches and pains of the back and backs of the legs will be a distant memory with our deeply relaxing and focused massage.
