SRI LANKA
A number of boutique hotels are being introduced to Sri Lanka's coastline, tea plantations, cultural triangle and national parks. Sri Lanka is the perfect honeymoon destination or an ideal twin-centre with the Maldives for the ultimate in luxury. It also works well for families wanting a gentle introduction to Asia.

JAPAN
In Japan, the Shinkansen (bullet train) recently started operating from Tokyo to Hokkaido to access some of the best powder skiing in the world and it will continue to expand its routings in the lead-up to the 2020 Olympics. This spring, sees the introduction of a number of new luxury sleeper trains such as the Seven Stars in Kyushu, the Twilight Express Mizukaze predominately on Honshu and the Train Suite Shiki-Shima operating between Tokyo and Hokkaido.

Internal flights, boats, or connecting trains will take guests to Honshu's neighbouring islands were they can ski in Hokkaido, visit the art on Naoshima, go hiking in Shikoku or relax on the beaches of Okinawa. We can introduce guests to an architect living in Kyoto, an ex-sumo wrestler-turned journalist with private access to Tokyo's wrestling stables, an instructor of Samurai sword fighting, a specialist in art and culture in Japan, a calligrapher and a master of the tea ceremony.

BHUTAN
The long awaited Bhutanese Six Senses Lodges are due to open in the 2nd half of 2017, in Paro, Punakha, Bumthang, Thimpu &  Gangte. These will add to the choice of luxury hotels, including the Amankora lodges, COMO hotels, Taj Tashi and Gangte Goenpa Lodge. The option to explore the country by helicopter has recently been introduced and the exciting introduction of hot air balloons in the Gangte valley is on the horizon. MOROCCO
