Culinary Director of The Pawn, Tom Aikens, will be back in Hong Kong from the 22nd to 24th November. To mark his return, The Pawn will be hosting an exclusive dinner on the night of Thursday, 23rd November.
Bringing a twist on British contemporary dishes, he will be presenting an all new menu for one night only. Start your night with a Pickled cèpe, celeriac ice cream, shiitake ketchup as pre-starter, White crab meat, fermented coconut, coriander & sea herbs as starter, a main with Venison fillet, compressed red flash apple, eryngii mushroom, hazelnut, kale, and ending perfectly with Confit plums, buttermilk, cinnamon doughnuts.
The special menu, at $788 per head, is a four-course menu which includes a wine pairing for an additional $300 per head.
